The Vault is intentionally not open to everyone. Access is granted only to buyers who meet Valta’s approval criteria, ensuring that every property is shared within a trusted, qualified audience. This protects vendor privacy, preserves discretion, and maintains the integrity of the private market environment.
All access requests are reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis. Not every request is approved, and approval is never automatic. This considered approach allows The Vault to remain what it is intended to be - a private setting where serious intent, capability and discretion are assured.
